Wild Pitch Records is a golden age hip hop label founded in 1985. It was the former starting point for artists such as Gang Starr, Main Source, The Coup and others. Wild Pitch Classics, a compilation spanning the label’s highest points, included the first ever released appearances by artists such as Nas (Main Source‘s “Live At The BBQ”) and Method Man (N-Tyce‘s “Hush, Hush Tip”).
